Sometimes there are obstacles to coming into a medical office. Schedule a lab test from your phone and we'll come to you. Get results in less than 20 mins to provide to your Primary Care Provider or use for travel.
- SARS-CoV-2 Rapid Antigen Test - 20 minute test with a nasal swab. Results given to you before Nurse leaves
- SARS-CoV-2 PCR Test - "Travel Friendly," Results in ~30 minutes while you wait. Considered the gold standard of COVID testing and accepted widely for travel.
- COVID Antibody Rapid Test - Determine if you currently have COVID antibodies that developed from prior infection or vaccine. ~20 minute test using a finger stick.
**$25 Extended Range Fee outside of a 40-minute driving radius from Liberty Township. **
**$50 Service Fee for testing outside of regular business hours. **
